1. Please give us a bit of background on yourself.
A. I am a marketing professional working with two of the well-known hotels in Sydney as well as managing a growing digital marketing agency.
In 2019, I started Marketing Hues with a clear vision of helping Brands overcome the real struggle of getting their brand online & communicating with their audience while running a business. Keeping in mind all those problems faced by brands today and to eliminate them all, Marketing Hues was born. This is not just any other agency, we promise our customers quality while taking care of their budget.
My mission is to not only support other women in the business but also empower them to become what they are truly capable of by offering female entrepreneurs up to 20% off on all the services.
2. What are some of your biggest achievements throughout your journey?
A. My biggest achievement is starting my own Digital Marketing Agency in Sydney and growing a team of creative ambitious women at the age of 22 while managing my 9-5 job.

4. What is the hardest part of being an entrepreneur?
A. It's like a rollercoaster - exciting but scary. However, the hardest part is to stay motivated and have patience as often many people fail because of these reasons.
5. How do you stand out in this digital world?
A. I am driven by passion to create strategies that produce unparalleled results. I love content and design but most important thing is that I thrive on the data necessary to succeed in a digital world and that's what makes me different.
The reason I came up with Marketing Hues to show the world the true colours of Marketing - what I mean by that is in today's digital world everyone claims to be a marketer when in reality they don't even truly know the meaning of real marketing.
Tom Fishburne - a successful marketing cartoonist nicely put it down in his quote “The best marketing doesn't feel like marketing.” And that is what we follow.
6. What was one of the biggest mistakes that you have made throughout your journey and what lesson did you learn from it?
Never rush anything, also plan and think things through and take it at a slow pace.

Just hustle, stay motivated and embrace challenges.
8. What does success mean to you?
My definition of success - When I will be able to empower as many Female entrepreneurs as I can through Marketing Hues.
9. How do you deal with setbacks, failures and fear?
I research and find the positive in the situation and strike back harder.
10. What's the best piece of advice you have ever received?
You can't grow without failure so embrace it.
