Don´t look at the how, it’s unfathomable.  Look for opportunities and be willing to do and be whatever and whoever you need to be. Be prepared to lose all or gain everything. Do whatever it takes. Most people struggle to break through because this concept goes far beyond their logical mindset.

A business coach I had “body shamed” some of my promotional photos and I realised that my own negative self-talk had all but disappeared and from there I created The Body Love Method. It is a series of spiritual, yet functional practices that women can use to boost their self-confidence and make peace with their bodies so they can live the lives they were truly meant to live.

The feedback I get from clients gets me up every morning with a clear focus on why I am here....sometimes our life path is CHALLENGING. I was under the illusion that this should be easy. I would recommend choosing YOUR OWN challenges or else the universe will choose them for you!
