1. Please give us a bit of background on who you are and what you do?
At only the age of 17 years old I purchased my first investment property. At that particular moment in my life, that’s when I realized it was something about real estate but couldn’t quite put my hands on it, so I decided to just continue purchasing and holding. About 3 years ago I left my 6-figure Blue Collar paying job in order to give Real Estate my all. I always knew that real estate was my passion because of the desire I had for it. You Know the “Eat, Breathe & Live” real estate kinda deal. Starting my company in “2016”, then soon after “The Great Flood” happened. I could honestly say this was the worst year for everyone who was affected including myself. I could remember driving my city streets that weren’t even recognizable & that’s when I decided it was time to help my neighbors & rebuild our communities. The homeowners just wanted to sell for the most part in order to start life over & that’s where our role came into play. We gave them a fair all-cash offer and closed quickly, but also gave some homeowners advances even before their closing date because we understood that life can through curveballs. Helping homeowners all while solving their situation no matter what the problem may be. Just Making Solutions.
2. How do you differentiate yourself from your competitors? What makes you unique?
Standing apart by asking my homeowners (sellers) better questions that are more insightful than anything they’ve heard. Allowing them to see solutions that they didn’t think where possible. If there’s a problem, it’s a solution and if we can’t find one then we’ll create one. Most of all, allowing my personality to come through in the way you demonstrate commitment and passion for serving them.
I always sympathize with whatever situation they’re through. Making the impossible possible is one thing I can say that sets me apart from all the others. I’m a rare breed!
3. What inspires and motivates you? What wakes you up every morning, makes you get the work done and do it all over again the next day?
My Family along with Success is what motivates me to do a good job.
Knowing the fact that my hard work and perseverance will help me achieve greater professional success is what keeps me going.
I feel that aligning my company's vision and values is one way to achieve that. Loving what I do along with helping others gives me that drive and ambition to continue daily.
It feels good going to bed and waking up every morning knowing that we will impact a person’s life and get these abandoned buildings up and running in order to make our homes and communities a better place for our children.
